Registration Information
Early Registration Period - November 10th thru December 12th, 2024 (Registration Fee = $130)
Priority Registration Period - December 13th, 2024 thru February 1st, 2025 (Registration Fee = $140)
Late Registration Period - February 2nd thru February 22nd, 2025 (Registration Fee = $165)
In-Person Registration will be held at the Moss Wright Soccer Complex in the conference room adjacent to the concession stand on the following dates:
1. January 26th, 2025 (Time TBD)
2. February 1st, 2025 (Time TBD)
Players that are able to reuse their previous uniform will receive a $20 uniform discount.
Families with more than one player participating with MTFC will receive a $10 per child discount for player 2, 3, 4, etc.
Schedule Information
Coaches Meeting - February 15th, 2025 at 10:00 AM. The coaches meeting will be held at the Moss Wright Soccer Complex conference room adjacent to the concession stand. All volunteers interested in being a head coach or assistant coach are expected to attend.
CPR / AED Training to be held for all coaches (Date and Time TBD)
Practice schedule posted to the league website – Week of February 17th, 2025
Coaches Clinic for all volunteer coaches - Scheduled for Saturday, February 22nd @ 10:00 AM at the Moss Wright Park Soccer Complex.
Practices begin between February 27th and March 4th depending on the age division. The practice schedule for each division will be posted to the league website. You will NOT be contacted by a coach prior to attendance at the first division practice. All players within a given division will practice at the same time. The first several weeks of practices will be used for evaluation of players for all age divisions other than U4 and U5. The U4 and U5 team assignments will be determined by the league without evaluations after the first week of practices.
Team selection - March 8th, 2025 (Coaches only)
Release of rosters - Week of March 10th, 2025
Uniform Distribution – March 24th, 25th, 27th and 28th (if needed) from 5:30 to 7:30 PM under the green patio cover adjacent to the concession stand.
The exact practice schedule will be announced as soon as possible. Currently the schedule will match the Fall 2024 practice schedule.
Practices continue in accordance with the division practice schedule for the entirety of the season.
Game Dates (U4 thru U13-U15)
- Game 1 - March 29th
- Game 2 - April 5th
- Game 3 - April 12th
- Game 4 - April 21st and 22nd
- Game 5 - April 26th
- Game 6 - May 3rd
- Game 7 - May 10th
- Game 8 - May 17th
Game Dates (High School) - The high school game schedule does not follow the rest of the league and will be communicated by your coach.
Rainout / Make-up Dates (if necessary) - In the event that practices are rained out, they will NOT be rescheduled. Make-up games will be played on April 13th, May 4th and May 18th if necessary. Make-up games on Sunday will not begin before 1:00 PM.
Picture Day - MTFC has elected to forgo a formal picture day.
There will be no MTFC recreational practices March 10th -14th due to Sumner County Spring Break. Additionally there will be no practices on April 4th and April 18th due to a tournaments at the fields.
Equipment Needs:
All players will need cleats, shin guards, and a ball. Shin guards are required at all practices and games. The ball size required for each division is as follows:
U4 -U6 - Size 3
U7/U8 - U11/U12 - Size 4
U13-U15 & High School - Size 5

*All age groups are based on historical enrollment numbers. MTFC reserves the right to adjust the number and make-up of all divisions based on the number of registered players. These decisions will be made by the League President and the MTFC Board and will be communicated to the league participants.
